7/22/2021 0 Comments Let's Talk About SexDepictions of sex in art and literature aren't anything new. Sex has been around since the start of time and humans have portrayed the act since they discovered how to create images, and then words. Unlike today, where such things are considered pornographic = abnormal or immoral, our ancient counterparts as far back as 32,000BC adorned walls and papyrus and pottery with unashamed images of all manner of sexual activity. Somewhere along the line, sex became a something to be hidden away, not talked about or written about or painted or sculpted. At least not in normal, everyday life. But human nature persisted and sex has remained a topic for artistic expression in painting and literature. I enjoy writing about sex. I's such an intrinsic part of us and particularly in relationships, that I don't feel I can tell the story of a relationship without showing the physical side of it too. I enjoy talking about it too (and have written non-fiction books on the topic ) so this blog is a place where I will explore the fascinating and sometimes bizarre wold of human sexuality so ... LET'S TALK ABOUT SEX.
